About a decade ago 3 generations of the same regular Church attending family did the same thing.

They showed up as we locking up the church after a long coffee hour after the 10 am service. There was a big demand for real coffee after that service.

We told them that they could sit in their regular pew while we locked up the rest of the church.

They did and now all of us including them, laugh about their 2 hour 2 late for the church service..

I was stationed at Loring AFB a very long time ago.

Went to work in the dark and went home in the dark.

It was actually good for me because my eyes were (and are) sensitive to light.

Oh, how I miss the Autumn colours. I was just perusing the properties up in Kent and Caribou over the web, yesterday. Sigh....houses have shot up in cost!

It was always funny getting the children’s Halloween costumes 2 sizes larger for going over their snowsuits!
