I remember a sugar cube from when I was a tot.
My family went to the cafeteria at Pearl Harbor Elementary School in Honolulu for the "sugar cube". Not only did we get the polio vaxx, we also got the SV40 contaminated batch. No ill effects for me...until I had my first cancer at age 28. Sloppy manufacturing. When you try to "scale up", inevitably there are quality problems. It's even worse when the basic technology is horribly flawed.
