I make Yorkshire pud from time to time. Yummy! I make giant ones in a small cast iron pan and pour over hash I make from veg, roast, and gravy.

I do miss crumpets in the UK. The frozen kind I get here are not the same.

Agree on crumpets. I’ve never seen them here, maybe by title, but not the same.
