Please take a closer look at Vernon Jones before casting your lot with him. He is a nice guy, but a lifelong Democrat and not an ideological Conservative.
Case in point: On March 29, 2019, Rep. Vernon Jones voted against the Living Infants Fairness and Equality (LIFE) Act (HB481), also known as the Heartbeat Bill, which passed both houses and was later signed into law by Gov. Kemp. When asked by one of the bill's sponsors why he voted against it, Jones exclaimed "Because I'm pro-life!" I would add that Jones is an opportunist, and should not be the head of the Georgia Republican Party.
