I have seen Biden with little girls, touching where he should not, restraining them and sniffing them. This? This is hysterics. It is creepy because it is Biden, but to make a big deal of this and call it ‘fondeling’ diminishes the inappropriate touching he has done.
I agree. “Fondling” suggests you-know-what. Rubbing a kid on the head or on the arm is not really a big deal. And he didn’t go on and on with it; out of the two-minute clip, that probably occupied about eight or nine seconds.

I agree, he was a bit creepy here knowing his ways, but it was not fondling. He was using the child of course, but only to show his fatherly grandfatherly side.
I thought it was borderline behavior. I asked my wife to look, and she said he looked like he was doing it absetntmindedly. Which is subtly creepier. The man has no boundaries, no sense of others’ personal space. That’s creepy.
It is hype but Gateway Pundit with its over 300 network requests needs such merchandising of news to keep the profits coming.
