Ellie Mae versus ZsaZsa? Surely you jest. She makes good possum.

First, it is Ava Gabor. Zsa Zsa is her less talented and more often married sister.

Second, having Ellie Mae around would be frustrating because you will always be replaced by a chimpanzee or a wallabee or something. Ava is genuinely affectionate with her mate.

One caveat: Does Sam Drucker make a decent pot of coffee?

Does anyone else find that Granny reminds them of Hillary Clinton?

Not in the least! Granny has 1,000 times the energy. 5,000 times the personal decency and principle, can hold her liquor MUCH better, and can hit two skeet at the same time with one shotgun blast. I would MUCH rather let granny be a Senator or a Secretary of State or a President.

No. She’s cute and funny, even when whacking Pearl on the head with a skillet. Her remorse over calling the law on her own kin was one of the great comedy routines of all time, up there with Chaplin going insane in a factory after being hooked up to the lunch-feeding contraption. “Mr. Policeman, give Pearl your gun so she can shoot me! Sing to me, Pearl!”

Thanks for the correction. I was probably thinking of Ava Gardiner for spelling. She was a delight even in her middle age. Of course, Ava Gardner was lovely as well. Next I'll get confused between Gene Tierney and Jeanne Craig, two ladies that I would have been happy to bring home to meet the folks.
