It’s a tiered democracy. Tier #2 counts the votes from tier #1. Tier #2 reports them to tier #3 as previously agreed upon terms. So of course an audit upsets tier #2 democracy.

Someone should put her on the spot and ask her to explain how stuffed ballot boxes, midnight appearance of ballots from unknown people, etc., makes an election guarantee democracy when the end result is a government not voted for by the citizens.
