In addition, he also made a comment about Serena Williams being “disgusting”. What he was referring to was how Serena really treats her opponents, and how she gets by with murder on the courts with her antics. Instead, it was interpreted as a racial slur against Serena. It has basically destroyed his tennis career.
So basically, Sandgren is a white supremicist, and a social pariah in the tennis world. However, Naomi Osaka can refer to the USA as a genocidal country, making millions, and the darling of tennis. Go figure.
