The Constitution only says that he can’t be elected again, so he couldn’t run in 2024. Yeah, that same Constitution said he had to be a natural born citizen to be president, how did that go?
He can claim to be an NBC. Some people even believe him. How's he going to claim he wasn't already elected President twice?
But my point was that nothing in the law keeps him from being appointed VP under the 25th amendment.
