Comedian and actor Bob Saget’s cause of death was revealed by his family on Wednesday, coming about a month after he was found dead in a Florida hotel room.
A statement from the “Full House” star’s family said he died from head trauma. Saget, they said, accidentally hit his head on something and went to sleep. They did not elaborate on how he hit his head or what object his head struck.
“In the weeks since Bob’s passing, we have been overwhelmed with the incredible outpouring of love from Bob’s fans, which has been a great comfort to us and for which we are eternally grateful,” the family said on Wednesday in a statement to news outlets. “Now that we have the final conclusions from the authorities’ investigation, we felt it only proper that the fans hear those conclusions directly from us.”
After hitting his head, Saget allegedly “thought nothing of it and went to sleep” before his death, according to his family. No drugs or alcohol were involved, Saget’s family continued.
“As we continue to mourn together, we ask everyone to remember the love and laughter that Bob brought to this world, and the lessons he taught us all: to be kind to everyone, to let the people you love know you love them, and to face difficult times with hugs and laughter,” the statement said.
Unconfirmed reports on Wednesday said he died specifically of “brain bleed.” Those reports cited anonymous sources.
Saget was found dead in his hotel room in Orlando, Florida, on Jan. 9, just hours after he posted to Twitter about a show he performed in Jacksonville.
After confirming his death, authorities said there were no signs of foul play or drugs at the scene. Following his death, there was an outpouring of grief online.

Slipped in the bathroom after showering is the most common slip and fall. Wet floors, lots of hard surfaces.
I doubt it that Saget was in a pool hall fight.
How does a person hit their head hard enough to cause multiple skull fractures, a brain bleed, and scalp abrasions, but “think nothing of it.” It must have hurt like hell and would have scared the heck out of most people. Also, the injuries were to the back of his head. How does that happen in a hotel room unless he fell over backward and hit a hard surface. They say there was no alcohol or drugs in his system, but something had to cause him to hit the back of his head so hard.

This is exactly my first thought. He fainted and hit his head on the floor. A lot of people die from getting knocked out by a punch and then falling backward and hitting their head on the floor, and so a vaccine induced blood clot may have cause him to faint and hit his head on the floor.
Similarly, if these shots are leading to people's demise, it is likely that the cause of death isn't directly the shot but some second-order effect.
It sounds like Bob Sagat died of pneumonia.
