In small communities if the Detective is in the area or not busy they’ll respond.
Also as a Sgt. he was suppose to take control of the scene……LOL well that didn’t work out.
Not busy? With crime rates what they are it's hard to believe even small town detectives don't have anything to do. No unsolved cases? No pending investigations? Or did he go out of his way to insert himself into this minor incident?
And there were multiple other cops on scene. In fact, officer tough guy handled the situation all wrong, and only escalated the incident. To bad officer tough guy doesn't know the law/Constitution.
One other thing, look closely at the video near the beginning. When officer heavy badge is speaking with the uniformed cops, officer tough guy turns his attention to the person taking the video and the uniformed officer can be seen grabbing and pulling back on officer tough guys jacket....
That tells me officer tough guy has a history.
One last thing, officer tough guy is probably the most unprofessional cop I’ve seen in a long time.
