Yes, and it’s weird. He had a good track record before he was on the Court. The Dems filibustered him, not Alito. He’s turned bad on the big decisions, not so much the others.
There is nothing new about USSC Justices doing 180s once appointed. They are no longer required to please anyone.
Roberts is scum, but he voted correctly on Heller and Obergefell, and those are definitely big decisions.
