I agree. And, with Scalia, one could be assured he would be guided by the Constitution, and nothing but the Constitution and the laws derivative therefrom — if those laws comported to the Constitution. With Roberts, however, I have no confidence such integrity is in him.
Hard to explain. He had a really good track record before he was nominated him. The Dems were really angry about him.
