Picard
Discovery
Strange New Worlds
I've heard that some of those might be woke crap. Any of them worthwhile?
They are all trash
I haven’t seen it.
I thought production was shut down due to Covid BS...
As much as I like Sci Fi and Trek, not me.
Give Kirk and the rest of the originals.
And no more Star Trek anything included with Amazon Prime anymore.
The first season of Picard was good. Discovery is full of LGBTQ crap.
Discovery is total woke-faggotry
I will never watch these leftist versions of star trek.
NOTHING on TV is worth a damn!
This is amusing.
The Show Picard.... not so much.
Even my husband turned it off and he is a fan from when The Original Series was in first run.
I’ve tried to watch them - so much woke PC bullshit.
In hindsight it was not.
All the male characters were weak and woke and lost to wimmin. Save the final ep ending with Riker.
Of course it’s woke crap. Star Trek has been woke ever since William Shatner hung ‘em up for good, back whenever it was.
What Hannity just showed sure is.
It was an interview done with an FDA employee (Christopher Cole) who spills the beans about the agency’s plan to mandate vaccines, even for kids under 5, ad infinitum.
Deep Space Nine was a good series. The rest of the Star Trek spinoff, not so much.
I didn’t bother with Voyager past the first episode.
Picard has on season a few years back. I enjoyed it.
Discovery is on Season 4. The most recent season is a bit more woke but good if you are a true trekie.
Strange new worlds is not out until May.
Next Gen started the slide; got worse with each new series; and never recovered.
The Original Star Trek & Deep Space Nine are the only ones worthy of viewing.
No less an authority than the Critical Drinker takes a dim view of them.

Warning: language
My first reaction was that at least a third of the cast is gay and their characters are openly gay.
Strictly from a Hollywood perspective, this was a direct in-your-face middle finger to a cherished franchise from the 1960s.
From a storyline perspective, it has some interesting ties to the canon. It takes place 10 years before the original series, and in that sense it has some "prequel" stories that are interesting.
