I’ve been on keto almost 6mos, lost almost 30 & feel great.
This is the only diet that’s worked for me because can still eat good food.
I absolutely love the keto almond flour butter cookies with stevia. They melt in your mouth.
Excellent! It’s a lifestyle, not a diet, right? I ain’t ever going back.
Even when I slip (holidays, etc), I know I can get right back “on the wagon”, and the excess weight disappears almost as quickly as I put it on.
