I had the first 2 Pfizer shots on 3/6/21 & 3/27/21, the Flu shot on 8/28/21 and the Pfizer ‘booster’ on 10/2/21. I don’t wear a KN95 Mask much, but then I don’t go to bars or strip clubs. Heh. Sucks to be me, but I’m alive and doing well, thanks to many Drs and especially Nurses.

I do all your supplements, some at different doses, except Solomon’s Seal 1,000mg, Camu Supreme 2,650mg, nicoderm, and aspirin. I add turmeric, ginger, cinnamon, cocoa powder in green tea. I’ve also take Actyl-carnatine, ginkgo, E, K2, Mg, Cal, NAC, Co10, taurine, and Hawthorne. By careful shopping the annual cost is under $400. I take no Rx’s.

I fast a few meals often and do a 5-day FMD (fasting mimicking diet) several times a year. Oh and I often skip supplements 1 or 2 days a week. I’ve read nothing on that being good or bad, but figure it help the body stabilize and get rid of excess imbalances, like fasting does. Plus, it reduces annual costs 20%.
