My husband was listening to Robert Barnes and Viva Frei on this topic. 2nd hand, if CDC and all of government drops all mandates, then the businesses involved are liable if they continue.
Similarly, in Canada, the police actions are illegal because the Emergency Orders were violating the Charter of Rights. Police, I was told, can be held individually liable for actions of theft, vandalism and thuggery.
