I doubt a private retail outlets that have already paid wholesale prices are going to stop selling Russian named vodka unless they can return it and get a refund. Let's say the French did something crazy. Is a wine collector or retailer going to throw out bottles of wine? I don't think so.
Eggzactly.
No, clear.
A large grocery chain here was pulling bottles of Karkov vodka off the shelf until someone got a clue and realized that Karkov is made in Minnesota. However, given the state of politics in this state it might well be made by communists.

Stoli and Smirnoff Vodkas are NOT Russian, but are being dumped, anyway.
We are doomed with this symbolism nonsense.
“Saw this coming, bought two bottles of Stoli. yesterday.”
Stock’s not from Russia.
Stolichnaya Vodka is manufactured and bottled in Latvia, a country that gained its independence after 1917.
I don’t recall seeing these Russian brands:

… Some of the main brands that could be hit by the boycott include Russian Standard and Russian Standard Gold, along with Siberian brand Husky Vodka and the traditional Polugar Classic Rye Vodka. Ustianochka and Beluga Noble Russian Vodka are other Russian produced vodka brands in line to be hit...
“Stock’s not from Russia.
Stolichnaya Vodka is.....”
It’s ok, it won’t go to waste.
