In an interview with GQ, Ice-T said intermittent fasting and resistance band workouts helps him stay fit at 64.
The veteran rapper and actor, who plays Sergeant Tutuola on "Law and Order: Special Victims Unit," has been in the public eye for decades and told GQ how he's maintained his health and physique over the years.

Studio Gangster through and through. Had a good string of albums thanks to great DJs. My wife likes his cop character on that TV show, and she didn’t believe me that most of his lyrical content as a rapper was anti-cop, even had a song called Cop Killer which was very controversial at the time.
A true icon.
Funny that the guy who did “Cop Killa” is on a cop show.
Almost like he wants suicide by cop.
“So bad, Bob Dylan wrote a song to keep him in prison.”
He seems to have decent acting chops. His character in the John Carpenter movie Ghosts of Mars was originally written to be as Snake Plissken, because Kurt Russell and Carpenter wanted to do an Escape From trilogy (and still do) and was originally titled Escape From Earth. Another rapper with a little onscreen presence is LL Cool J (SEE: Deep Blue Sea).
He could still stand a little muscle toning.
He’s whiter than me!
You’re thinking of Ice Cube (O’Shea Jackson) for Ghosts of Mars.
Anything goes to make a buck.
Definitely one of my favorites by him. I think my personal favorite might actually be “There Goes The Neighborhood” by Body Count.
*Not for the easily offended. ;)
