And mark my words he will become the poster boy for anti-lynching. Oh, didn’t I mention that anti-lynching bill Kamala Harris & Cory Booker were trying to pass at the very same time their good friend Jussie Smollett was lynched in a “modern day lynching” passed 3 days before Jussie’s sentencing? It did and it’s actually historic. It was originally written 122 years ago and has failed to pass several times. It’s headed to Biden’s desk and will be federal law. It looks like Jussie, Kamala, and Cory did it.
From what I can get out of it (The Emmett Till Ant-Lynching Act 2022) it’s not really about lynching it’s about anything perceived as a hate crime meant to cause harm. There’s a 30 year sentence.
