In a more honorable time, Mitt would be called out for a duel of honor for his slur on Ms. Gabbard, and shot with what used to be referred to as “gentleman’s weapons.” But we do not live in a time when one’s honor is a precious possession, so we’re going to have to handle such people in a less honorable manner.
