Tucker has been saying the same thing in milder terms. Although we all regret the suffering that is going on and wish this war had never happened, we aren't going to start waving Ukrainian flags and joining the push for total war.

As you and Carlson point out, our own freedoms here in the USA are more threatened by the political left than by Putin's tanks, and the left's total support for the Ukraine raises suspicions about what the endgame is in their minds. A free and independent Ukraine? I doubt it.

I'm with you. That's the traditional American way, we don't get into wars that we have no interest in being in. When we have (post WW2) it's never worked out well. I see no reason to impoverish the USA and possibly invite open war where tens of thousands (or more) would die in order to preserve Ukraine, a state which a year ago most here would have agreed was an utterly corrupt one.
