In this particular incident we actually signed an agreement “assuring” borders and sovereignty. We should live up to that agreement, since the Ukes lived up to it.

But in de facto reality, that agreement is void. So the Ukes are free to build their own nukes, and we should just help with that. Send me and I’ll help with it. As for those "top secret" bio labs. Those are part of a publicly known, 30 year old program few paid attention to until someone on twitter got hysterical. Those are BSL-3 labs, anything thy have can be handled by cooking in a autoclave or with bleach.
