Some conspiracies I believe in, but not this one as I checked out the details and found the scientist’s explanation and it fit.

I think the Chinese tried that with the Wuhan virus but it didn’t quite work out as planned.
Fact is, it’s possible, and many countries are working on it.
Our genes can identify where we came from, and what % Irish, Italian, various African locales, etc. That means yes, specific genetic codes are specific to people from a previously homogeneous group.
It also means a virus can be made to target that code. Noteasy, but absolutely possible.

Lol, what “Russian race”? “Greater Russia” is one of the most mixed ethnically of any nation on earth. Or if we are talking about Russia proper, well they are almost genetically identical to the Ukrainians, so any weapon designed to target them would probably wipe out both populations, as well as Belarus, and probably the Moldovan and parts of the Lithuanian population too.
