Do not ever enable Google play store. It can be shut off and apps can be found so as where. Run a firewall on your devices that keeps Google from calling home. Only use apps when you absolutely have too. Gmail never..

Over the last six months I moved out of the Google ecosystem system and into Apple’s. Except YouTube. I am addicted to YouTube but maybe someday Rumble will be big enough to offer an alternative. I even stopped using Google search - not because of their politics but because Bing is a better search engine than Google ! Never thought I would say this but there is actually a search engine out there that is faster than Google and produces more relevant results and with better layout. Great job, Microsoft.
