Have had a few cats that were awesome when they were not pleased with being restrained. They quickly remind you of how strong animals are compared to humans.
Then add in the claws..........
Had him at the vet. Always had to have him sedated because he could be vicious.
One particular visit I was helping the vet hold him down so the vet could administer an injection.
Scooter came out of the sedative and whipped his head around so fast and clamped down on my hand with his two upper fangs. I still have the scar.
To this day the power and speed of a housecat amazes me.
