PHILADELPHIA - Two juveniles are facing charges after authorities said they let their dogs viciously attack a cat as it was sitting on the front porch of a home in Frankford.
The Pennsylvania SPCA shared video Tuesday of two people walking their dogs past a house in Frankford when they spot a cat, later identified as Buddy, on the front porch of a home.
The dogs lunged towards the cat and the person holding the leash allows them to walk onto the porch closer to the cat.
The suspects then drops the dogs leashes, allowing them to attack the defenseless cat. The two suspects watched the vicious attack from the sidewalk until the homeowner opened the front door and shooed them away.
Buddy suffered life-threatening injuries from the attack that required round the clock monitoring at the SPCA's Philadelphia headquarters, the organization said. Buddy is still in critical condition, but veterinarians are "cautiously optimistic."
The Pennsylvania SPCA on Friday said two juveniles, 12 and 17, are facing charges of animal fighting, felony aggravated animal cruelty and a conspiracy. The unnamed dogs that are believed to have attacked Buddy are also in SPCA custody.
"While this act of cruelty was especially shocking in its intentional nature, the outpouring of support for Buddy the cat and the effort to bring the offenders to justice has been overwhelming," CEO of the Pennsylvania SPCA Julie Klim said.

On the 16th I bought something on Ebay from this guy living in Elgin Illinois and he mailed it out on the 17th and this is where the tracking number started and ended.
This is the THIRD time this has happened to me, and now I have to go through the refund crap again from Ebay who by now probably think I’m running a scam, but hey! No way can election fraud go on in Penn, the Post office handled all those mail in ballots legit, right?
THEY CAN’T EVEN HANDLE A DELIVERY FOR A SINGLE PERSON! And they want us to believe they could handle thousands of mail in ballots?

I know. But fortunately and unfortunately punishments for cruelty on animals can be more severe than on humans sometimes. Likely not in this case. But I hate to see kids doing this. Kids that harm animals grow up to harm humans. Or so they say. Whatever.. I have my concealed for reasons.

Exactly. I’m against the cruelty but in many cases we have went too far towards loving them. I’ve heard more than 1 leftist (usually) say with seriousness that pets are people too.
I mean boys can be girls even with a penis and testicles so why can’t a Labrador retriever be an elementary school student human? It’s the natural progression it seems to me.

USPS has completely turned to crap with their deliveries in recent months. Since late last year I have had an item travel from Indianapolis to Chicago via Kansas City (!), and some replacement coffee maker gaskets come from NYC *through* Chicago and go on to Bismarck, ND before coming back to Chicago.
No we blame the a$$hole kids who did it. 12 and 17 yos are old enough to know the difference between right and wrong and they deliberatly chose wrong.

People who never have to live around these types till they start moving them into your area, will always virtue signal about, “it’s a cat and dog”, no big deal, and they’re, “keeds”. And I bet it’s not the first time, they’ve done something like this, or already have a record.

I nailed two stray dogs that came right up into our doorway to kill our kid’s kitten.
They barely got out of the yard when I hit the door with a shotgun and blasted both.
The owner, who lived half a mile away was not happy.
My next door neighbors whose little girl often played with the kitten agreed those dogs needed to be shot.
