While not the focus, elements of our team once provided significant information to CISAC/Stanford (as the Stanford study was already well along), and provided SIGACT details of Russian neo-NAZI activity involving financial ties and attacks, (INCLUDING to very recent, and Russian neo-Nazi attacks and FSB collaboration on foreign soil, including in Ukraine, the Balkans, Germany, Spain, France, and half dozen countries in Latin America, and Mexico/Canada/US). Like Russian mafia have long been part of, or used globally by the KGB, and have finance and training ties to KGB/FSB and GRU/Spetsnaz, (past to present).
Many of the POI’s/HVI’s involved have direct ties to Putin’s past and current FSB and GRU, Wagner, and oligarch’s.
Russian neo-NAZI proxy organizations may be small to very large, have significant political and financial support, both from large Russian German population centers (Yekaterinburg, Orenburg, etc), as well as support from traditional Russian population, and receive support from multiple government parties, billionaire oligarchs, ROC (KGB), and other Kremlin players.

All of these are umbrella org’s, and have, or are associated with political parties, and notably *Novorossiya*.
While a politocal party and not a geographiv area, it is worth highlighting the name *Novorossiya, as it is also the name of the expanded territorial Russia Putin has spoken of in multiple speaches.
However, Russian Neo-Nazi organizations are not exclusive to *Novorossiya -
SOP’s are largely aligned with longstanding FSB political and national “Destabilization by Corruptive Means/Methods” of foreign governments.
A number of OS civulian analysts J have known and respected, showed evidence of Russian neo-Nazi organizations as part of larger FSB “Asymmetric Political Destabilization”.
Statements of some of these Russian NEO-NAZI organizations, literally mirror FSB SOP’s, and include in-common HVI’s, and common operations.
One recent example —
“Vorobyev has stated that the greatest threat to the Russian nation is “the stability of anti-Russian regimes on all the territory inhabited by the Russian ethnos.” In its intervention in Ukraine, RIM saw an opportunity to destabilize the Kiev government and further its objective of protecting ethnic Russians.”
This is not inconsistent with longstanding KGB efforts to demoralize and destabilize —

Other attendees included U.S. white supremacists, such as Jared Taylor, who serves as the editor of the U.S. white supremacist publication American Renaissance.
Also in attendance were European extreme-right organizations, including —

In September 2015, RIM leader Vorobyev traveled to Sweden to meet with the — Nordic Resistance Movement (NRM), a neo-Nazi group active across Scandinavian countries and spoke at the NRM’s “Nordic Days” event.
In June 2015, RIM joined Rodina in co-founding the World National Conservative Movement (WNCM). A network of extreme-right groups from around the world, WNCM opposes pluralism, tolerance, and other liberal values, according to its manifesto.
The network promotes the use of violence in service of its ideology. RIM invited over 50 extreme-right, white supremacist, and neo-Nazi groups from 28 countries to join WNCM, including the
- National Democratic Party (Germany), related elements of which historically have been used by the KGB in West Berlin, and West Germany.
- Nordic Resistance Movement (Sweden)
- American Freedom Party (United States), among others.
A full list of WNCM-affiliated organizations can be seen under “Relations with other groups” in this profile. RIM leaders intended the WNCM network to facilitate the sharing of tactical skills across peer organizations and promote their own paramilitary training program.”
Some of these have direct ties to multiple pre and post WWII NAZI families from Germany (East Germany), Russia, and Argentina/Chile -
Interestingly, Komsamol — the Young Communist organization HQ’d in Moscow, (which actually consisted of ages 13 up to 29 years olds, [not 16-26 as widely circulated], with its parent organization having been the Communist Party of Soviet Union, is still funded by Communist International organizations, and multiple socialist parties within current Russian government, including *Novorossiya*.
There is also an ongoing related sex slave smuggling investigation, which was begun in Trumps first year as president, which incriminated FSB, MSS, and others, including leftist NGO’s —
