Was weird that the guy speaking his speech was both very effeminate and sound liked on the verge of crying. Also, was ahead of his signs.
Kotsur is the husband of Deanne Bray, who was the lead in the TV series ‘Sue Thomas, FB-Eye’ back in the early 2000’s. He also played a recurring role on that show.
