There was an old adage that if you took care of yourself when you caught a cold; hot broth, aspirin, rest, salt water gargles, honey and lemon, you would be better in a week. If you did nothing it could take seven days.
We have been giving flu shots for 60 years and it still makes the rounds every year.

Has anybody tested Ivermectin or HCQ/zinc against the common cold?
Seems to me like there were studies with zinc that were positive. I would think HCQ/zinc or Quercetin/zinc would be doubly effective.
Note to self: Try Quercetin/zinc on next cold.
Mainly because “COVID” surged in a year the flu deaths were down by 95%. In other words, they took flu deaths, branded them “COVID”, got paid $15k per death, and made bank off a mostly-harmless pandemic.

There are hundreds of cold and flu viruses. We haven’t caught all of them.
I’ve had flus that were like colds and colds that were like flu. I’ve had any of them be minor and easy and short, and others Long and difficult and everything in between.
