Ham and swiss on rye is the worlds most technically perfect sandwich. Simple, awesome, don’t mess around with it and you won’t mess it up. My favorite is rueben, but a lot of ruebens out there stink (it’s all about the kraut, bad kraut, bad rueben).

My mother’s black raspberry jelly on homemade bread. Ate it almost every day as a kid and still love it, even though the jelly is now store bought all fruit. Bread is fresh baked Rhodes frozen and that’s a pretty fair substitute.
