Didn’t interfering with mail delivery used to carry serious felony charges? I guess if you’re the protected class you can get away with anything.

Actually it's a federal crime. Why hasn't the local federal prosecutor filed charges?

Yes. Why are not the postal inspectors doing something. Perhaps putting one in back of postal truck with a 12 gauge. When the bum attacks spring out yelling April fool MF while firing. Worked well in NYC in 60s stopping liquor store robberies.

Very good question.

Probably because this insanity of social justice has thoroughly permeated the Democrat Party to the point of immobilizing the basic parts of government necessary for Soviet to function.

The Democrat party should not be permitted to control any part of government until they totally repudiate the Social Justice philosophy.
