With a solution of baking soda and salt, 1 teaspoon of each dissolved in warm water.....................I am way ahead of them!!! Been using neti pott with 1-2% povidine solution whenever I had gone into COVID units or felt like a cold was coming on...stopped them in its tracks!!! When I got back to my hotel i would flush my sinus 4x a day to kill off any viral load.
