Let the rich folks do it for a few decades. Then maybe the poor folks will see how cool it is and want to join in. Or not.
Maybe it’s me but Filet of Cockroach just doesn’t seem to have the same appeal as say, a rack of hickory smoked St. Louis style ribs.
