Why don’t you call him and argue with him about the constitutionality of Ted Cruz’s candidacy? Good people can disagree about whether Cruz’s mother’s citizenship applies to him at birth.
The fact is the courts DECIDED IN FAVOR OF CRUZ.
If you disagree with this, I am not going to bludgeon you, nor do I want to make this thread an argument about what constitutes natural born citizenship.
I am simply saying that to call Levin an anti-Trumper or even a never-Trumper is wrong.
It’s never been examined, courts have dodged with rulings on standing or wrong precedent.
