Well, I don’t blame people for considering the whole history (forgive - but never forget).
However, this is another case where the change seems to be consistent, rather than flip-flopping.

When it comes to judging a person’s character and political stance, there is always the possibility of being wrong. Heck, a lot of conservatives musjudge the character of the people they marry and end up divorced. In the case if Rush Limbaugh, he made a mistake 3 times.
So, When it came to an unknown politician like Donald Trump, it is understandable if one is reluctant to support him in the primaries over someone with a known political track record like Ted Cruz.
When Trump won, the onus was on him to prove conservative skeptics wrong. In this case Trump did and men like Mark Levin were pleasantly surprised. I would not call Levin’s change a flip flop ( a flip flop is doing it for political and opportunistic purposes ). It was a real change of heart after being proven wrong.
