Looks like it was a bad deal. I think Rock Hill discovered that they’ve made a mistake. Cheaper to cut their costs and settle in court than to go through with this boondoggle.
Yeah, podunk Rock Hill got way too far out over the end of their skis. Rock Hill must’ve thought they were Charlotte. Look for York county’s property taxes to go up...
