All New Jersey retail, grocery, and pharmacy stores, along with restaurants and other food service businesses, are banned from giving out single-use plastic bags, as well as foam containers, though there are some exceptions.

What about switching to paper bags? Supermarkets can no longer provide those either.

I can think of no better way to spread disease than for people to use recycle bags which they put in the trunk of the car, on the floor, then return to the grocery store and put on the conveyor belt to be picked up by others.

Here in NJ, large number of people keep (voluntarily, we have no mandates) re-wearing the same filthy face diaper everywhere they go. The stupidity in this state even in more GOP areas is astounding.
