Award-winning journalist, TV host, and author Skip Bayless reacts to the news that former Los Angeles Lakers head coach Phil Jackson, who coached the team from 1999 to 2004 and again from 2005 to 2011, will advise the Lakers in their search for a new head coach after Frank Vogel was fired:
“It feels like Jeanie Buss just fired LeBron [James] as the unofficial GM of the Lakers. It feels like she’s angry about the Westbrook debacle and is bringing back Phil Jackson into the fold.”

As a complete digression, she and Cookie Johnson are the only main characters in the HBO miniseries that aren’t portrayed as vile human beings.

No 3 point shot, go back to the early 60’s with they way they called the game. No more palming the ball, ala the cross over dribble, just straight up playing the game like it was meant to be played.
