When I really got βintoβ hot sauce I was in college. As students back then we would eat whatever was cheap and soaked it with whatever hot sauce we could find to make it taste good, and since then I have never stopped.
Tabasco, Minnie's hot peri-peri sauce, and Nando's peri-peri sauce are always in my fridge. Despite its widespread use, many people may wonder how this spicy staple affects your health.
Besides giving foods a spicy kick, hot sauce has a number of qualities β ranging from improving your mood, to help you lose weight, to long-term medical benefits.

I go to ZestFest, a spicy foods convention, frequently and have tried many sauces and salsas. My favorite hot sauce is Baron from St. Lucia. Scotch Bonnet flavor and just enough heat. My favorite salsa is mine, a five-chile blend.
I'm down with that.
Ha!
Could not help but Subbed,,,
Needed a Fix!

Jerry’s ‘Bee Movie’ left me
Wanting more.
Yes, that bottle will last a long time. I hope you recovered.
I put a whole can (the tuna sized can) on rice once and it was the hottest thing I ever ate. After i left the in the refrigerator to eat the next day it was still the hottest thing I ever ate.
1. Why put hot sauce in the fridge? I have neverf had it go bad.
2. Where’s the Crystal hot sauce?
My saliva starts up just thinking about it...
Oh yeah, I recovered. I have a healthy respect for that stuff now. I use a LOT less of any hot sauce now. Older but wiser..π
It really is. Great flavor + heat.
Ooh, I’ll have to try that!
I prefer Frank’s to Tobasco. Better flavor.
Melindas is my favorite. Great flavor, haven’t had one I haven’t enjoyed.
Chipotle tabasco needs to be on the list too.
I use Sriracha like catchup.
Texas Pete’s and Chrystal. Both top of the line.
Leave me out of this......
“Chipotle peppers in adobo sauce...”
Yes!
Hatch Chiles are sooooo good. I love when you visit small towns in NM and they have the big roasters at the grocery store....you smell them and have to buy some for dinner...or a fantastic omelet....
I buy Louisiana Hot Sauce.
I’ve tried all the major sauces and some of the Obscure ones and some local ones from Guam and Thailand when I used to live there and I got to say those prik peppers from Southeast Asia are about as hot as I like.
Serranos are tasty.
I grow Tabasco peppers, been to the tabasco works on the Avery Island... while I like your sauce, I rarely use it but I do like for a Tabasco peppers in dishes that are prepared at my abode. Hot potato salad ala chamorro is really tasty.
When I buy a sauce it must have only 3 ingredients - peppers, salt, vinegar that’s it for me. Don’t need no xanthan gum, or garlic etc...
My 2 centavos
YUP !
