When I really got “into” hot sauce I was in college. As students back then we would eat whatever was cheap and soaked it with whatever hot sauce we could find to make it taste good, and since then I have never stopped.

Chipotle cream sauce for meat. Every time I make it the guests are amazed and eat it all. Especially with baby back ribs.
2-3 tablespoons butter in a frying pan
Crush the peppers from the can in the butter with a fork….adjust for heat with amount of peppers
1/2 cup to 3/4 cup heavy whipping cream.
Simmer until it starts getting thick
I pour into individual dipping bowls for each person….and it’s always all gone.
It make pop corn taste much better a beer evens everything out.

Bought it, it’s a wing sauce, pretty good. I would still mix it with melted butter, throw the wings and your mix in to a freezer bag and shake for a minute to let it absorb into your just cooked wings/legs. only a 28 rating for heat. Great flavor, a bit mild for me.

I don’t care, I like good sauce. If it was that unethical, jail or fine would be in play, indicating the the punishment has been met. Move on or look at are fine political class for a lesson on ethics.
I buy Louisiana Supreme hot sauce, that brags that it is Cajun Certified. How can you beat that? I also buy Sriracha 28oz size at a local Korean/Oriental store. They have the best prices on this.
What pisses me off is that all hot sauces lose their bright red color if not refrigerated. Then they don’t look as appetizing.
I found a few flavors at the local store, but didn’t buy yet. Cheaper than the website, too.
