Americans will never receive a full accounting of the $40 billion for Ukraine. We still don't have an accounting for the billions we've already spent over the past decade. And this isn't the last money dump we will see--won't be long before Zelensky is begging for more.

Since everyone with half a brain knows this is total corruption, my question about this is, if a congressman votes no, does he forfeit his cut? Could it be prorated? Can a congressman make a deal with leadership to vote no due to election realities and still get his full cut with the leadership knowledge that it will pass anyway? So many questions.

I’m disappointed that so many so-called conservatives are willing to support Brandon and his war. That potato is NOT my president and I don’t support him in any way, shape or form.
We don’t just send them buckets of cash. That’s not how military aid works.
I have much less of an issue with a “money dump” that is oriented towards military items whose impact we can actually see on the battlefield.

You obviously can't, and the people squawking about this know that. It's just another effort to do whatever they can to see Russia win. "Well, if you can't prove that all this money was spent properly, you can't send them any more military supplies" is basically the message.
I think it becomes a vastly different issue whenever this war ends and Ukraine comes begging for reconstruction funds. But right now, we can see that the Ukrainians are actually fighting back against the invaders, without any US combat troops involved. That seems an endeavor worth supporting to me.
