Curious if Ivermectin and/or NAC would provide relief.
I just remembered that a family friend who got china virus a week after she took the $hot, had severe pains in her $hot arm.
She began taking Ivm and NAC and had relief. Her arm is pain free, even today. This was almost a year ago.
Not sure if is a timing thing, or, if it would be of any benefit, for your nephew.
