I have a 48 year old nephew in the hospital for a paralysis of his arm. This happened out of the blue, with unrelenting pain in that arm, that pills could not touch. He ended in Hospital, with the going theory that a year old surgery on a rotator injury may have allowed marrow to navigate....bla bla blah. Now is arm is paralyzed, and black and blue because of the rubbing he did on it when it was killing him with pain. They are talking of amputation, and he hasn’t been told it is paralyzed as of last night, according to his Mother.
My first thought was “blood clots” from a recent clot shot booster. The entire event is very strange, as he was a happy healthy man operating at what everyone thought was 100%.
That is just terrible. So sorry your nephew is going through this. I pray they can come up with a treatment...maybe something to dissolve any possible clots.
