Mighty suspicious. I read somewhere that it has a 21 day incubation period. So does that mean we’re observing infections as of 21 days ago? Wonder what the landscape looks like right now.

I read a 2 to 3 week incubation, so there should be a lot more cases soon.

Incubation period is 7-14 days, but it could run between 5-21 days. First symptoms are fever, headache, weakness (one or more). Then it develops into a rash, with lesions developing simultaneously. Then the scabbing over process begins. The process usually goes on about 2 or 3 weeks, before it clears up, so I understand.

Unless you are in really poor health, it really is not that deadly of a virus. But like the measles it's not a lot of fun either. Just something else to generate fear among those who fear easily. 🙂
