This is police out of control
I can’t believe someone this retarded (no offense to those with Tristomy 21) was even hired to be an officer.
We are not suppose to smoke, use a cell phone or other wise have a spark around a gas pump and this dirty rotten imbecile thinks it’s okay to use a tazer? Twice no less? How did he make it out of grade school? Much less the police academy?
Sorry I was so angry I could not even put make a sentence logically in that post. I’m so angry I can’t think strait. The man they try to arrest is lying there burning to death and he’s on fire begging his fellow officers to put HIM out too. I just can’t you all I just can’t.
If a policeman comes near you, the only response is to defend yourself. They are murderers.
So the guys flees on a bike, resists the police when they try to arrest him and then because the police use a desperate attempt to subjugate him that backfires they are to blame. What ever happen to yield to police commands and then sort the fault out later if necessary?

I think the motorcycle riding victim who fled from the police and resisted arrest was also out of control.
Best thing to do is to let every suspect go and maybe catch them cold on their next law breaking venture..
I noticed when the cop with his feet on fire was screaming and crying like a little baby, the other cop(s) were there supporting him through his crying and begging. Meanwhile, the dirt bike rider lay on the ground and not a soul around.
You’re damned right police out of control - and babies to boot, IMO. I hope that guy if he lives (or his family) takes the whole damned town as payment for what their police did.
