When the GOP takes control of congress let’s see what they do about this. Probably nothing.
Yes it certainly is, using attorney-client privilege as a cover. This story should get out as much as possible, the more it is circulated the harder it will be to ignore.

No lying to the FBI involved. They knew Sussman worked for Hillary. So do they. The Sussman disclaimer was just Kabuki theater.
At the very least, it is an extremely strange arrangement. And because it is an extremely strange arrangement, it needs to be investigated.
I’ve given up on congressional oversight. All they can do is hold hearings and then refer any criminal behavior over to the DOJ.
The next Republican administration will have to have congressional support in order to affect changes in the DOJ and FBI. Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy have already proven to be incapable of reforming any of the agencies.
I’m hoping we get enough new members in congress to pressure McConnell and McCarthy to retire.
The FBI is in fire need of a high colonic enema. The nozzle would be inserted in to the 7th floor of the FBI building. A construction crew needs to demo out the FBI’s clandestine SCIF at Perkins Coie.
Was this what Democratic Rep. Maxine Waters (CA) once touted as Obama’s massive database, which she described as having “information about everything on every individual in ways that it’s never been done before.”?
The FBI is improperly neck deep in nefarious corrupt political cases. They just can’t help themselves, they are out of control.
It wouldn’t surprise me one bit.

Exactly when was this arrangement initiated? Recall that Perkins Coie attorneys delivered the “birth certificate” that Obama presented to the press in 2011. Government actors likely felt it very important for political security, er, national security reasons to protect Obama’s origin story — could they have been motivated to work with Perkins Coie to do so?
