They don’t know our history.
They don’t know our laws.
They don’t know our culture.
They know our money.
They can be hard workers, but they need to know our history and our laws and our culture.
If they show an effort to know these things, well, we might consider them.
Coming here for dollars doesn’t show any kind of effort to be an American.
You forgot, they don’t know our language, and don’t care to learn it. Very different from my immigrant grandparents who pushed themselves to not only speak English, but to speak it properly and with good grammar.
