Susan Rice is Obama’s hand-picked successor. Obama made sure she was placed so high in the Biden administration, becoming the de facto shadow president’s (Obama’s) enforcer.
I have always thought that Kamala struck a $$$$$ deal with Obama and HIS handlers to be the place holder for Rice to fill that spot..,.then have Creeper Joe wheeled away. They are cutting things really short, with Biden barely able to speak, so old Kamala better get that very sympathy inducing medical crisis going. My next wild guess....they then install that little, midget Hispanic in Texas as VP. Gotta check all the boxes.
