He should be charged with attempted murder. If I was the patron that almost got run over. The driver's statement implicated him and is totally bunk. When you drive a car THROUGH a store with employees and patrons inside and say you heard voices, I think you are definitely in a weak position. They should charge him accordingly, lock him up and discourage people from doing this again.

I watched the video a few times. Didn’t the guy in the store, after the car entered, run over to the door appearing to lock it? Why with a hole in the wall right next to it he size of car? And why did the idiot use a car when an SUV would have been more printable? Must have been a hybrid.
